*Hey remember when the Flyers were going to trade Tony DeAngelo to the Carolina Hurricanes for a prospect and some picks and the NHL was like “no, you can’t do that, we are very serious about cap circumvention and rules and such.” and then the Flyers bought out Tony DeAngelo and then he signed in Raleigh? Oh well the Flyers and Canes went ahead and finished up that original trade yesterday. Essentially.
