*Happy Monday! In case you missed it, the Flyers did a thing over the weekend: The Flyers signed goalie Samuel Ersson to a two-year contract extension – a full year before anyone expected them to. Interesting.

*The KHL preseason is in full swing and as Flyers fans we all have a bit of a reason to pay attention to it, if we’d like to. So we broke down Matvei Michkov’s first game, which was pretty dang good. [BSH]
