After losing to the Pittsburgh Penguins in the Eastern Conference Finals last season, the Flyers will get a shot at redemption this year as they will face off against their cross-state rivals in the first round. Yet to be seen is if they will start the series in Philadelphia or Pittsburgh. That will be decided tomorrow afternoon. If the Flyers get at least one point against the Rangers, they clinch home ice advantage.
Tomorrow is a big game for that very reason, and the team better come out focused. As for us, we’re allowed to look ahead. Can we beat Pittsburgh in a seven-game series? You’re damn right we can.
