Those are some pretty good seats! I mean, okay, the 76ers aren’t doing particularly well – and they did not do particularly well last night – but hey, the NBA is the NBA, and Pierre-Edouard Bellemare had never been to an NBA game before. (Besides, you gotta support the local team.)
Bellemare hasn’t played since Oct. 27, when he suffered a lower body injury during the Flyers‘ overtime loss to the Sabres. He was projected to be out for at least two weeks. Today is the two-week mark, and according to the Flyers, he’s back in the team’s morning skates, although he hasn’t been cleared to play yet.
But hey, at least he’s been spending his downtime well. Doing what he can to stay in game shape, and getting to watch the Sixers up close. That’s pretty good.
