Philadelphia Flyers Training Camp 2011: Complete Roster, Schedule And Information

The Philadelphia Flyers begin Training Camp 2011 a week from Saturday, and late today they announced the full schedule of players that will attend camp, as well as the complete schedule of events from September 17 to Friday, October 1.

After the jump, we have all the pertinent information you need to know: that full roster, completely broken down with roster battles and everything, as well as the entire camp schedule — every event, every day.

Alright, so this is a pretty complex roster. We think it’ll be easier to digest though, as long as you understand the (fairly self-explanatory) color code.If a player is in orange, he’s a 100 percent lock to make the Flyers roster out of camp.

If a player is in light blue, he’s on the cusp either one way or another, and has a case to make in camp to be on the roster. Some are more obvious than others, but all are less than 100 percent certain about their fates as camp begins.

All players in purple will start the season somewhere in the Flyers system — whether that be with the Phantoms, the ECHL, in juniors, in college, in Europe or whatever.

All players in gray are wild card training camp invitees, complete question marks as camp begins.

We’ll keep this roster updated as a separate page here on the site throughout camp (and we’ll be beating you over the head with links to that page, so don’t worry about not finding it). It’ll be updated as cuts are made and roster battles are won and lost.
