We all stayed up late Friday night to watch the Flyers lose to the Edmonton Oilers, and then we stayed up late again on Saturday to watch them do the same thing in Vancouver. You know the definition of insanity, right? Yeah. Anyhoo, despite the 5-1 loss we still had some things to talk about after the game, including:
- Some positive things about this team that get lost in the noise
- The worrisome play of Ivan Provorov and Shayne Gostisbehere
- The goalie problem that, as bad as it was, has somehow gotten worse
- The final chapter (probably) of the Dave Hakstol story/
Flyers are off until Tuesday when they take on the Red Wings at home. Enjoy the break, we all need it.
