Just last week, the Flyers were talking about skate guards and how important they are to protect players while blocking shots.
Now, thanks to another puck hitting a foot, the Flyers will be without top-line winger Michael Raffl for six weeks. Just a terrible blow to a criminally underrated player on this team, a key piece of that top line so far this season.
