Cherry Hill Nativeâ„¢ Bobby Ryan, who is an NHL hockey player from the Philadelphia suburb of Cherry Hill, will return home on Tuesday night for his first game in Philly, the city which he grew up just outside of, against the Flyers, the team he grew up cheering for. Did you know that Bobby Ryan is from Cherry Hill? (Sam Carchidi knows!)

The Flyers host the Sens tonight, exactly one week after taking their faces and beating them into the ice in Ottawa. It’s the first of three straight at home for the Flyers, who have a great opportunity to get back to .500 and get into the playoff mix this week.
Craig Anderson was in goal for the five goals the Flyers scored on Ottawa last week, so we’ll see Robin Lehner and his .945 save percentage tonight. Steve Mason and his .931 save percentage will be in goal for the Flyers. We’re not expecting any changes to the Flyers lineup.
It’d be nice to see more than two goals tonight, obviously. The Flyers scored more against Ottawa last Tuesday (five) than they did in the following two games combined (four) against Pittsburgh and Winnipeg. Lehner has been really great in net for the Sens, so I’m nervous, but I’m hopeful that the Flyers have turned a corner here and will put up another solid outing this evening.
The game is on CSN locally, beginning at 7 p.m. Our game thread will be up around 5 or 6. Go Flyers.
