I can’t remember off the top of my head the last time the Flyers split the team in half and played two exhibition games on the same day, but that’s exactly what they’ll do tonight with one game in Toronto against the Maple Leafs and another at home against the Capitals.

Peter Laviolette is with the group that traveled to Canada, so he’ll be behind the bench in Toronto.
We’ll expect a lot of crossover between the team that played last night in London, because the group is mostly the same. Adam Hall, Max Talbot, Bruno Gervais, Mark Alt, Marcel Noebels, Tyler Brown and Cal Heeter were all scratches from last night’s game, so we’d expect that group to get into game action tonight.
Heeter will start. Anthony Stolarz has been sent back to juniors, so only Steve Mason will be on the bench. Here’s a look at the Toronto lineup:
Projected Lines vs. PHI: JVR-Bozak-Kessel. McKegg-Smith-Clarkson. D’Amigo-Ashton-Kulemin. Ross-Crescenzi-Bodie.

Ray Emery will be in Philly, tending goal for the Flyers. Craig Berube will coach the homebound Flyers in their first preseason action in front of a Philadelphia crowd. Vincent Lecavalier, Mark Streit, Samuel Morin and Michael Raffl are all expected on the ice in Philly as well. Beyond that, we’re not really sure just yet what the lineup will look like.
According to the Capitals, 2013 first rounder Andre Burakovsky will make his debut against the Flyers tonight. Eric Fehr, John Carlson and John Erskine are some other recognizable names, but I don’t believe Alex Ovechkin or Mike Green will be among those Caps playing tonight.
