Flyers prospect report: Isaac Ratcliffe lights up the scoresheet with three goals

• 9/29 – 1 shot, 2 PIM, 17 for 37 FOW/

Morgan Frost is off to a not too shabby start to the season. He has 5 points (2 G, 3 A) in his first 4 games, but is well behind his 17/18 pace (112 points in 67 games). Frost needs an MVP-like 18/19 season.

Isaac Ratcliffe (LW), Guelph Storm (OHL)

Matthew Strome (LW), Hamilton Bulldogs (OHL)

Matthew Strome picks up his first goal of the season on Saturday and has 5 points in his first 4 games.

Not a great weekend for Maksim Sushko whose team not only dropped both games, but was a -3 in Saturday’s contest. Sushko is still searching for his first goal of the season.

Wyatte Wylie picks up two primary power play assists on Saturday. He has 5 helpers in his first 4 games.

It’s exciting as Högberg continues to get 1st/2nd pairing in games as a 20 year old playing on the best team in the SHL.

David Bernhardt makes his 18/19 debut after sitting out the first few games with an injury. By the look of his time-on-ice, he will likely be eased back into things.

Ginning continues to get 3rd pairing minutes for Linköping and has zero points his first 5 games of the season.

Marcus Westfält gets promoted from the J20 team to the SHL this past week. It was slightly curious that he didn’t begin with the big club to start the season, but it’s good to see him back. He’ll look to improve upon his 4 points (1 G, 3 A) in 31 games last year for Brynäs.

Obviously a much better week after putting up a sub .900 SV% to start the season. Sandström now sits at a .914 SV% in 5 games.

Ersson finally makes his season debut with Västerås. He has a .941 SV% in his first two games.

Another solid start for Fedotov this week as he saw his SV% rise to .955 over his first 3 games.

It’s uh…not been great for Ustimenko to start the season. He has a .908 SV% in 11 games. For reference, he had a .929 in 53 games last season.
