Stop me if you’ve heard this before, but the Flyers just ran into a hot goalie on “Wednesday Night Rivalry” in Chicago’s United Center, dropping the game 3-0 to the Blackhawks despite a plethora of odd-man rushes and scoring chances.
Bill was on post-game duty again to talk about the depleted blueline, which may have suffered another casualty when Radko Gudas exited the lineup, as well as the injuries keeping Samuel Morin and just about everyone else out of Philadelphia’s lineup.
Bill also tackles rooting both for and against Chase Utley, why Ben Bishop isn’t a Flyer, the Jay Ajayi trade and evaluating the team as “mediocre” after their 6-6-1 start.
