If you follow Bernie Parent on Twitter, then most mornings at 6 a.m. you can expect to see something pop up from his account. It’s usually a small motivational message, sometimes with a link to his site, and it’s a great way to start the day.

Today’s a big day for the Philadelphia Flyers, though. After a magical run to get into the playoffs, they’re staring elimination in the face. Tonight’s Game 4 is, officially, a must-win.
