2011 BSH NCAA Hockey Tournament Challenge: Win a free shirt!

Your 2011 March Madness bracket is already shot to hell, since you obviously picked Villanova or Temple to go all the way, so why not try your luck at this year’s hockey bracket? Announced on Sunday, the 2011 NCAA Division 1 hockey tournament begins on Friday at 3 p.m., and for the second year in a row, BSH is hosting a bracket pool.

Last year’s winner, Wilkey, got an awesome Checillo shirt from the BSH Store, and this year’s winner will win a free shirt of their choice from our store as well. Take the jump for all the details.

We did things manually last year and quite frankly, that was a pain in the rear for me, so this year we’re getting more automated. Using pickemhockey.com’s tools, we’ve created our our group for this year’s pool. Here’s how to enter.

1. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER. … fill out the form and activate your account via email. Register with the same name as your BSH username (or, if it’s taken for some reason, just add a number or two). If you don’t do this, we won’t know who you are, we won’t be able to prove that you’re actually you and you won’t win. Consider that fair warning.

2. PICK YOUR BRACKET. You can navigate using the site, or just click here, log in, and fill out your bracket.

3. JOIN THE BSH GROUP. Click here to Join A Group or navigate to the Group page on their site. Our group is titled BSH2011 and the password is spectrum. You have to join the BSH2011 group to be eligible to win.

Entries must be in by 3 p.m. on Friday. Yes, that’s tomorrow. The National Championship game will be held in St. Paul, Minn. on April 9, and at that time, we’ll announce the winner. Once you’ve joined the BSH2011 group, you can keep tabs on where you stand via the standings page.

The points system: one point for a correct first round pick, two points for a correct second round win, four points for a correct semifinal pick, and eight points if you correctly choose the National Champion. Good luck.
