According to now multiple reports, the Philadelphia Flyers are expected to announce the hiring of Keith Jones as President of Hockey Operations.
Hearing that tomorrow morning, PHI will announce Keith Jones as President of Hockey Operations and officially drop the "interim" tag from Daniel Briere's GM role. Jones played 491 NHL games, the final 131 with the Flyers.

Jones, who played in parts of three seasons for the Flyers to round out a 13-year NHL career as a player, has been part of the league media scene for a couple decades with NBC Sports and now Turner Sports while also pulling duty analyzing Flyers game for NBC’s regional sports outfit. Jones, now 54, apparently beat out fellow TV analyst Eddie Olczyk for the gig.
Also part of the reporting from Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman is that the Flyers will also finally be removing the interim label and formally announce Daniel Briere as general manager.
