The Flyers will look to follow up Tuesday night’s nice win over Edmonton, and will look to avenge the weekend’s nasty loss to Florida, with a rematch against the Panthers on Thursday night. This time, of course, it’s on home ice, where the Flyers have been pretty dang good lately.
Of course, they’ll do it without Michael Raffl, who’s out for six weeks after blocking a shot in Tuesday’s game. Chris VandeVelde checks in on the top line, which isn’t really a great idea, but who knows how long that’ll last. Aside from that, we’re not expecting any line changes tonight, aside from Jason Akeson getting back in the lineup on the fourth line in place of VandeVelde.
Steve Mason will be in goal for the Flyers again. Roberto Luongo goes for the Panthers. Here’s a prediction: Jakub Voracek will score at least a point; maybe more! Share your prediction in the comments.
