Update: CSN has added the Sep. 21 game at PPL Center to their broadcast schedule.
The Comcast Network will televise three Philadelphia Flyers preseason games in 2015.
The first broadcast will come on Tuesday, September 22 when the Flyers host the New York Rangers at 7 p.m. The second broadcast will come on Friday, September 25 when the Flyers host the Islanders, and the third broadcast will be of the Wednesday, September 30 game against the New Jersey Devils.
All three games will be played at Wells Fargo Center. As we noted previously, you might want to park yourself by the TV for the September 25 game, since the Pope’s visit to Philadelphia is going to royally mess up the traffic situation that night.

We’re unsure of broadcast details for the other four games during the preseason. It’s unlikely that every game is available to be watched locally, and it’s possible that the Flyers or an opposing team broadcasts a game on their web site.
In addition to the three preseason broadcasts, the annual “Meet The Flyers” television special will be taped at the Skate Zone in front of a live audience on Saturday, September 19 — the third day of Flyers training camp. CSN Philly will broadcast it a bunch in the weeks following the taping.
CSN and TCN also plan to air the Flyers vs. Rangers game from May 20, 1997 on four different occasions in September as part of their ongoing “Philly Sports Classic” series. The broadcasts will air as follows: 9/26 at 1:30 p.m. on CSN, 9/13 at 9 p.m. on TCN, 9/17 at 8:30 p.m. on TCN, and 9/25 at 9:30 p.m. on TCN.
That game was Game 3 of that year’s Eastern Conference Finals, and the 6-3 Flyers win gave the Flyers a 2-1 lead in the series. They won the series in five games.
