The BSH Radio gang is back in full force to break down a surprising amount of Flyers news. After bemoaning Pittsburgh’s luck-filled run to a 2-1 series lead in the Cup Final, the crew theorizes who might win the Conn Smythe, before moving onto the hockey team, the Flyers. Reasonable expectations for the newly-signed Oskar Lindblom are discussed, as Charlie worries that we might be overrating him just a bit. Then, the gang remembers that the Flyers have the 2nd overall pick, and the conversation turns to Nolan Patrick and Nico Hischier news at the NHL Combine. Things get heated as Steph argues that Jordan Weal is more the next Laughton rather than a must-sign player, with Bill and Charlie strongly disagreeing. The show ends with Bill crowing over George McPhee’s comment that Michal Neuvirth is “technically perfect,” making his “Neuvirth to Vegas” dream just a little more plausible.
