BSH Radio reacts following a 3-2 OT victory in Detroit

Make it 16-5-1 since the losing streak, 8-2 in their last ten games and back-to-back walk-off goals for Travis Konecny, as the Philadelphia Flyers put away the Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday night, 3-2, at the Little Caesars Arena.

The Konecny – Sean Couturier – Ivan Provorov trio have now ended three of the Flyers last four games on the first shift of the extra frame, and the 24th overall pick in the 2015 draft is officially on fire, registering five goals and six assists over the last 12 games, including goals in each of his last three contests.

Philadelphia overcame a poor first and third period to get to OT, and survived both a goalie interference and an offside review to pick up two points in the standings, solidifying their position in the Eastern Conference playoff picture.
