BSH Radio reacts following 6-3 victory over Washington

The clouds lifted, the hangover subsided, and just like that we all love the Philadelphia Flyers again.

Coming off the most important two points of the season in a win at Carolina on Saturday night, Philly returned home to the Wells Fargo Center on Sunday evening and won the biggest game of the year, 6-3, defeating the Metropolitan division-leading Washington Capitals.

Oskar Lindblom sported the Ric Flair robe after potting his first career goal to give Philadelphia a 2-1 lead late in the second period. Petr Mrazek stopped 25 of 28 shots and Sean Couturier failed twice to net his 30th of the season, first missing a deflection in front on what turned out to be Ivan Provorov’s 13th goal of the year and then later missed the cage when he was caught from behind attempting to finesse an empty-netter.

The BSH Radio Facebook Live postgame video is awfully festive following a successful four-point weekend, check it out for reaction to the game, and a look at an awesome St. Paddy’s suit.
