Ladd, Obama, Pump Up Videos: It’s Finally Game Day

We don’t do the morning fly by on weekends, but I guess this is as close as we’ll get.

  • Most importantly, since it pertains to the action on the ice, Andrew Ladd is out tonight for Chicago. He’ll be replaced by Tomas Kopecky in the Blackhawks lineup. Kopecky has been a healthy scratch in the last five games.
  • Brian Boucher will be back on the bench today. Good for him.
  • Noted Chicago sports enthusiast Barack Obama is in his hometown today. Could he be in attendance for some Flyers hockey?
  • TSN’s Daniel Tolensky has this fact: Flyers’ win would be the greatest upset in Cup history. 18 seed vs 3. Team with just 41 wins & 88 points, less than a .500 record on road, leading scorer had 62 pts.” These playoff Flyers are not your regular season Flyers.

Some pump up stuff after the jump. Watch with that grilled cheese you’re having for lunch.
